Site access

The Site is accessible without charge 24 hours a day, seven days a week, in all locations and to all users. Alto International will do everything in its power to ensure that the site remains accessible to users at all times. Nevertheless, in the event of any accessibility issues, the Company cannot be held responsible, however these issues are caused.

Users are responsible for all costs associated with accessing the Site (e.g. equipment, software, internet connection etc.).

Intellectual property

The Site as a whole, as well as each of its individual elements, and in particular programmes and content including data, text, fixed and moving images, logos, sound, graphics, and other files, are the property of Alto International, which is either the author or has acquired the relevant intellectual property rights. Any reproduction made without Alto International’s express permission of all or part of the Site, or of any of its individual elements, is prohibited and will constitute an infringement.

The brands and logos featured on the Site are trademarked. The author of any reproduction, imititation or adaptation of all or part of these distinctive images, if made without express authorisation, will be solely responsible for any legal consequences that may arise.
