Sworn translations
Certified translations may be required to translate and certify the authenticity of official documents such as court documents, bailiffs’ records, notarised deeds, administrative acts, marriage certificates and divorce papers. This kind of translation is done by a certified translator, accredited as a public officer responsible for certifying that the translation is accurate and faithful to the original document. In order to be recognised by the relevant French or foreign authorities as official documents with legal validity, certified translations must bear the stamp and signature of a certified translator.
Alto International can coordinate all the necessary steps involved in this procedure for its clients, from translation through to certification.
