Every year, companies invest considerable time and money in organizing and hosting conventions, conferences and other corporate events. An increasing number of these events use English as the language spoken on stage.

Corporate Events Facilitators

Our fully bilingual and bicultural Corporate Events Facilitators are seasoned professionals who are journalists and/or reputed speakers in their respective domains.

We work closely with our clients to ensure that presentations run smoothly, set and follow the appropriate tone and provide delegates with clear and easy-to-digest information.

Preparing the Presentation

Our Facilitators are presenters and mentors in public speaking; they rehearse with the client upstream, enhancing their impact techniques, working on specific pronunciation, using oratory conventions. Language is coherent, specific, purposeful and flowing. During the Presentation

Our specific added value allows clients to fully enjoy presenting in English, to embrace what could be a source of stress as an opportunity to communicate at the highest level possible, comfortable in the knowledge that one’s message has been optimized and received loud and clear.

During the event, Alto International Facilitators introduce your speakers, keep the rhythm going on and off stage, conduct Q & As, moderate panels, conduct onstage interviews with executives and reinforce the takeaways for your audience.

Increasingly, Facilitators guide delegates and audiences in their use of Twitter and smart mobile technology during the event so that, where appropriate, questions can be shared with and messages reached by an even wider audience.

Terms & Rates

Every corporate event is treated on a bespoke basis, fully customized to the client’s specific needs. Rates can be hourly or all-inclusive packages can be designed.
